Unfortunately we don't accept returns because we print a product as soon as we receive an order. Therefore, our products are considered customized and not compatible with traditional return procedures. Yes, you can send us proofs that your product is damaged or has printing defects and return it. We'll take care of replacing it with a new one!

We currently ship only to the European Union, but we are working on serving/reaching more countries.

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping costs 6€. For orders over 89€, shipping is free.

How long does it take for the order to deliver?

It depends on where you live. We print your product as soon as you place the order, that's why it may take us a little more time to deliver it to you.

What materials are the items made of?

Our t-shirts are made of 100% combed organic cotton (grey melange is 85% organic cotton and 15% viscose), hoodies are made of 80% cotton and 20% GRS certified recycled polyester (grey melange is 73% cotton, 20% recycled polyester, 7% viscose), sweatshirts are made of 80% organically grown cotton and 20% recycled polyester (grey melange is 75% organic cotton, 20% recycled polyester and 5% viscose), bucket hats are made from 100% OCS certified organic cotton twill, phone cases are made from 100% biodegradable material, tote bags are made from 100% organic cotton, and mugs are made of ceramic.
